Stand-Alone and BIM Spaces

A partition separates the Autonomous room from the BIM room, but once the partitions are removed we have a continuous 312 m² space with all the available technical equipment and natural daylight. Opening up these two areas is ideal for hosting events for more than 200 people. A 100 m² outdoor area with direct access to the self-contained space is available if required. A bar is also available for catering or refreshments throughout the day.

This space is connected to a very high-speed internet access and WIFI (FO 1GB) and includes a 6x3m screen with laser video projector, 3 screens 55”, 1 screen 70” and a Crestron video home automation system and a Bose sound system with 2 Sennheiser HF microphones. It is also an immersive BIM for Building Information Modeling room (3D VP, 20 pairs of 3D glasses, 1 HTC AR/VR 360° headset dedicated to the building and industry trades). This space is also equipped with the latest digital tools to enhance the experience during your event, and thanks to our digital collaborative tools you can also bring creativity and accelerate your digital transformation (services on quotation).
